We are thrilled to welcome you into our studios and we are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable and exceptional experience.

To mitigate risk of infectious disease spread, we continue to monitor class sizes to prevent over crowding. We also use a no-touch registration and check-in system and follow a daily diligent and thorough cleaning and disinfecting routine to serve you in the safest way possible. The common areas, like bathrooms, retail and front desk areas, are cleaned and disinfected continually. Our staff cleans and disinfects the yoga room and surroundings after every class. SHOWERS ARE OPEN FOR USE.

Gym appropriate attire (as determined by True Hot Yoga) is required to practice.
